 Temple info -1140 கோயில் தகவல் -1140 Prasanna Vinayakar Temple,Udumalpet  This place was earlier a forest with rocky projections with lot of Monitor Lizards ( Udumbu in Tamil ).  Hence it was known as Udumbu Malai which later became Udumalpet.  This is around 70 Kms from Coimbatore.
