Shri Tarkoshi Hanumanji Temple is located in Gondal city of Rajkot district of Gujarat state. This temple is in Devpara area.

ஸ்ரீ தர்கோஷி ஹனுமான்ஜி கோவில் குஜராத் மாநிலம் ராஜ்கோட் மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள கோண்டல் நகரில் அமைந்துள்ளது. இந்த கோவில் தேவ்பாரா பகுதியில் உள்ளது.

*உண்மையில், கோவிலிலேயே ஒரு பழமையான தர்கோஷி கிணறு உள்ளது, எனவே இந்த ஹனுமான் கோவிலுக்கு நீண்ட காலத்திற்கு முன்பே "தர்கோஷி ஹனுமான்ஜி" என்று பெயரிடப்பட்டது.*

பிரிட்டிஷ் இந்தியாவில் பம்பாய் பிரசிடென்சியின் கத்தியாவார் ஏஜென்சியின் எட்டு முதல் தர மாநிலங்களில் (13 பீரங்கி மரியாதை பெறும் மாநிலம்) கோண்டல் அரசும் ஒன்றாகும். ஜடேஜா குலத்தைச் சேர்ந்த இந்து ராஜபுத்திர வம்சத்தால் ஆளப்பட்ட இந்த அரசின் தலைநகரம் கோண்டல் ஆகும்.

ஹனுமான் ஜெயந்தி மற்றும் ராம நவமி ஆகியவை இங்கு மிகுந்த உற்சாகத்துடன் கொண்டாடப்படும் முக்கிய பண்டிகைகளாகும். விநாயகர் சதுர்த்தி மகோற்சவமும் கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது.
