 Temple info -2947 கோயில் தகவல் -2947 Nirudeeswarar Temple, Pulavarnatham, Thiruvarur Nirudeeswarar Temple is a Hindu Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva located at Pulavarnatham Village in Thiruvarur District of Tamilnadu. This Temple is beautifully located with a large pond on the northern side. The entrance to the temple is from the east. Presiding Deity is called as Nirudeeswarar and is facing east. Mother is called as Dharmasamvardhini and is facing south. Shrines for Vinayaka, Subramanya, Krodhana Bhairava and Manickavasagar can be found in the prakaram. The Temple is located at about 20 Kms from Kumbakonam, 3 Kms from Alangudi, 6 Kms from Needamangalam and 93 Kms from Trichy. Nearest Railway Station is located at Needamangalam and Nearest Airport is located at Trichy.
