 * Outside the temple there is a lamp called Thirukkodi, elephants carved from the same stone on both sides of the entrance gate, Gita padesha relief sculpture on the top of the temple facade!  The marble idols of Ashtalakshmi enshrined in separate sanctuaries around the rectangular Maha Mandapam are said to have been brought from Jaipur, Rajasthan.*

* On the south side of the sanctum sanctorum is the Chakratthalwar Sannidhi.  Front wheel drive.  At the back, Yog Narasimha is carved in the same stone.  In the south-west corner, Ganesha is graced with trunk and conch wheel bearer.  Ayyappan sanniti with eighteen steps.  Inside, Swami Ayyappan in marble.*

 * The sanctum sanctorum where Dwara Balakars are standing on both sides, Lakshmi Narayanab Perumal Devi is shown to the devotees with her sitting on her lap.  It is special to see Lakshmi Narayana here in the same sannidhi.  Perumal Temple has risen majestically after about twelve years, overcoming many hurdles and with the full cooperation of the villagers.*

 * The villagers have worked hard for more than ten years to build the small temple, which is about four hundred years old, slightly expanded.  The restoration work that started in 2001 was completed in 2013 and recently the Kumbabhishekam took place.  After the completion of various stages of restoration work, everyone is surprised to see the temple from a distance.  This is the temple built by the people of our village!  The temple is so magnificent and huge.  It is said that in today's era, if a temple like this is to be built, it will cost one crore rupees.*

*கருவறையின் தென்புறத்தில் சக்கரத்தாழ்வார் சன்னிதி. முன்புறம் சக்கரத்தாழ்வாரும். பின்புறம் யோக நரசிம்மரும் ஒரே கல்லில் வடிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர். தென்மேற்கு மூலையில் விநாயகர் தும்பிக்கையாழ்வாராக சங்கு சக்கரம் ஏந்தியவராக அருள்பாலிக்கிறார். பதினெட்டுப் படிகளுடன் கூடிய ஐயப்பன் சன்னிதி. உள்ளே, பளிங்குச் சிலையாக சுவாமி ஐயப்பன்.*

*இருபுறமும் துவார பாலகர்கள் நின்றிருக்க அமைந்துள்ள கருவறை, லட்சுமி நாராயணப் பெருமாள் தேவியை தன் மடியில் அமர்த்தியபடி பக்தர்களுக்கு காட்சி அருள்கிறார். ஒரே சன்னிதியில் லட்சுமி நாராயணராக இங்கு காட்சியளிப்பது தனிச் சிறப்பு. சுமார் பன்னிரண்டு ஆண்டுகளாக பல தடங்கல்களையும் தாண்டி, கிராம மக்களின் முழு ஒத்துழைப்புடன் மிகக் கம்பீரமாக எழுந்துள்ளது பெருமாள் கோயில்.*

*சுமார் நானூறு வருடங்கள் பழமையான சிறு கோயிலை, சற்றே விரிவுபடுத்தி பத்து வருடங்களுக்கும் மேலாகப் பாடுபட்டு பளபளவெனக் கட்டியுள்ளனர் கிராமத்தினர். 2001 ல் துவங்கப்பட்ட திருப்பணிகள் 2013 ல் நிறைவுபெற்று, சமீபத்தில்தான் கும்பாபிஷேகம் நடந்துள்ளது. பல்வேறு கட்டமாக திருப்பணிகள் நடைபெற்று முழுமையான பின்னர் தூரத்திலிருந்து கோயிலைப் பார்த்தால் எல்லோர்க்கும் ஆச்சர்யம். நம் கிராமத்து ஜனங்கள் கட்டிய கோயிலா இது என்று! அத்தனை பிரமாதமாக பிரம்மாண்டமாக அமைந்துள்ளது கோயில். இன்றைய காலகட்டத்துக்கு இது போல ஒரு கோயில் கட்ட வேண்டும் என்றால் ஒரு கோடி ரூபாய் செலவாகும் எனக் கூறப்படுகிறது.*
